What we keep about you, and why.
This site collects very little, and this page says exactly what. Every sentence here was checked against the code that does it.
Who we are
Till18 is operated by Till18 Inc. The data controller for this website and the waitlist is Wirex, UAB (company code 305118023), Rinktinės g. 5-101, LT-09234 Vilnius, Lithuania, a company in the same group. Contact: privacy@till18.com.
What we collect on the waitlist, and why
When you join the waitlist we keep:
- your email address
- the capsule you asked about (Bitcoin, Euro, Dollar or stock index)
- how you found us: the page you signed up on and, if you arrived from a campaign link, the campaign tag in that link
- a random event id, used once to count sign-ups that came from advertising
- when you signed up, when we sent the confirmation email, and when you confirmed
The link in the confirmation email carries a signed token. We do not store the token, only the time you used it.
We use this to write to you when capsules open in your country, and to know which channels bring families here. The legal basis for the email is your consent, because you asked to join. The legal basis for knowing where a sign-up came from is our legitimate interest in spending on the channels that work.
Confirmation and email
Joining is double opt-in. You give an address, we send one email, and nothing counts until you press the button in it. Resend sends that email on our behalf and receives your address, the capsule you chose and the confirmation link. We send no marketing email to an address that has not confirmed.
Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and one press takes you off the list for good. Mail clients that offer one-click unsubscribe work too. You can also ask to be removed at any time by writing to privacy@till18.com.
Measurement
Two separate things happen on this site, and only one of them asks first.
Product analytics. PostHog, in its EU data region, counts which pages are read and whether a sign-up went through or failed, along with the capsule asked about and the page it happened on. Never your address. It runs without cookies or persistent identifiers, so a return visit looks like a new one, and it does not need your consent. Your IP address reaches PostHog’s servers with each request, as it reaches any server; we do not use it to identify you. Vercel also measures how fast pages load for you and sets no cookie to do it.
Advertising measurement. The Meta Pixel loads only if you choose Allow in the banner. Once loaded it tells Meta that a visit, a sign-up or a confirmation happened, each with a random id and nothing else. It never receives your email or name from us. Meta sets a cookie of its own and sees your IP address and browser, as it does on any site that runs the pixel. Declining changes nothing about the site.
To change your answer later, press Cookie choices in the footer. It clears your answer and shows the banner again. If you had allowed measurement, the page reloads first, so the pixel stops.
Where data lives
- Supabase, Frankfurt, EU: the waitlist itself.
- Resend, EU (Ireland): the confirmation email.
- PostHog, EU data region: product analytics.
- Vercel: hosts this site. Like any host it sees your IP address and the pages you request, and keeps short-lived request logs.
- Railway: runs the small service that saves sign-ups and sends the confirmation email.
- Meta: only if you allowed measurement, and only what the section above says.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist records until you ask us to delete them, or until twelve months after capsules open in your country, whichever comes first. Unconfirmed sign-ups are not deleted automatically today. Ask, and we delete them at once.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or take a copy with you. Write to privacy@till18.com and we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to a supervisory authority: the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI), or the authority in your own country.
Children
The waitlist is for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18 on this site.
Changes
This page is dated. When it changes, the change gets an entry in the changelog. Last updated 7 September 2026.
